For Haley, it’s about solving problems and revealing the human side of business in a way that feels connected and approachable.
Raised in Wetumpka, Alabama — where the film Big Fish was made — Haley lived in the same house up until graduating high school. After studying English Literature and slinging lattes at multiple coffee shops, her first job out of college was in the not-at-all-creative world of business and estate law.
But, Haley’s hunger for stories led to five years at a small agency managing accounts and digital strategy, along with copywriting, new business, creative direction, and media planning. A long-time fan of Focus Lab, the opportunity to join the team allowed Haley to hang up her Google certifications and dive deep into building brands.
Haley describes brand strategy as her perfect blend of critical thinking and collaborative research, one that encourages her natural love of questions and genuine interest in people. For Haley, it’s about solving problems and revealing the human side of business in a way that feels connected and approachable.
When not in the office, Haley is a volunteer tutor with the local Adult Literacy Council, and she enjoys home gardening, fitness classes, hosting dinner parties, and reading historical fiction. A homebody by nature, the phrase “tacos and trivia night” will almost always get her out on a weeknight.
