Kaylee bridges the gap between visual delight and strategic direction.
Raised in northern Indiana, Kaylee moved to central Indianapolis and enrolled at Herron School of Art and Design. She’d set out to study drawing and illustration but instead earned a degree in visual communication design. Through the design program, she longed for storytelling, problem-solving, and big-picture thinking.
Throughout her career, Kaylee has worked alongside a diverse range of industries, including advertising, branding, and digital product agencies. Her varied experience allows her to approach branding and design holistically, incorporating a deep understanding of brand identity. Storytelling remains at the forefront as she leads with curiosity and roots decisions in strategy.
Kaylee is passionate about creating visual brand experiences that clients can rally behind, and that audiences can get behind. She believes that brands are a team effort and thus values the power of collaboration. As an active member of the design community, she volunteers at Under Consideration's Brand New conferences.
Outside of work, Kaylee enjoys visiting the local farmer's market, leisurely walks in the park with her dog Slug, being an assistant to the regional gardening manager (also known as her partner), cooking for friends, biking local trails, and attempting to play pickleball.
